I grew up in Italy, moved to Los Angeles to study acting when I was 19, worked in the film industry for a few years, then eventually settled into a career as a photographer.

Painting wasn't even on my radar until I was 29 years old, but what started as something I thought might be fun hobby became something I completely fell in love with.

I'm inspired by the connection between nature and the artificial world, and I feel myself often longing for memories I never experienced, which is the feeling I attempt to capture within my work.

These days I live in Orange County CA with my wife Shanan, our cat Fangs and our pup Powder.
