Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

  • Print Orders: As I outsource print fulfillment to a trusted local print shop, processing times for print orders typically ranges from 3-10 business days. 
  • Original Artwork: Processing times for original artwork may vary, but in most cases it takes 1-10 business days for an order to be ready to ship. 
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping option/carrier you choose, and are in addition to our processing time. On average, that's 3-7 business days for deliveries to US addresses, and 1-3 weeks for deliveries to international addresses. All orders will receive a tracking number, so you'll be able to have an accurate delivery estimate once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent service). All packages are insured.
  • Expedited Shipping: Customers can select faster shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all international orders. International shipments will be sent using FedEx or an equivalent service, with insurance included.
  • Expedited Shipping: Customers can choose faster shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Duties and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country. These costs are in addition to the order total and will be due upon delivery. Orders rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.
  • Shipping Times: International shipping times can be unpredictable and may vary. We cannot process refunds or resend orders until the package has been in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim. 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
  • Re-shipping Costs: If an order is lost or mis-delivered due to incorrect shipping information, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address. Additionally, a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print will apply if the original order is lost due to incorrect information.
