Refund policy
Original Artwork and Prints:
All sales of original artwork are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.
Unframed art prints are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email info@edpulella.art before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, prints must be:
Shipped in the original packaging
In like-new, resalable condition
Refunds - minus a 15% restocking fee - will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the print. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If the returned item arrives damaged or shows signs of wear, a refund may not be possible.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us at info@edpulella.art within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging (both exterior and interior). We’ll review the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.
Sales Items:
All sales of discounted or promotional items are final. These purchases are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
