Afternoon Al Fresco - Gallery Canvas Print

I grew up in Italy, eating lunch at tables that felt like this. Homemade bread, veggies from the garden (maybe not as many lemons), the Summer breeze that I swear made the food taste even better..

I'm always chasing that feeling, not the way things looked, but the way life felt like it didn't have as much weight as it does now.

Maybe I won't get it back, but painting it is close enough for now.
